Professor and HOD
From 2022 to 2026, Dr. Shukla served as Professor and HOD at Dr. N.D. Desai Faculty of Medical Science & Research.
Postgraduate Programme Development
In 2025, he initiated and coordinated establishment of an eight-seat MD Anaesthesia programme in accordance with NMC norms.
Faculty Development
His election vision includes encouraging regular teacher-development programmes across Gujarat.
Clinical Teaching
Dr. Shukla believes investigations and technology should strengthen—not replace—clinical judgement.
